Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3 PM GMT on these days will be processed the same day, provided all security checks are cleared.
  • In cases where additional security verification is required, processing may take longer until the requested information is provided.
  • During busy times, such as festive seasons or bank holidays, order processing might take up to two working days.

Shipping Options:

  • UK Standard Delivery: £5.99, delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • UK Next Day Delivery: £9.99, available for orders placed before 12 PM GMT for next-day delivery.
  • International Delivery: £22, delivered within 4–7 business days.

Taxes & Duties:

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties in their destination country.
  • Regulations vary by location, so we recommend checking with your local customs authority for accurate cost estimates.
  • If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for:
    • The original shipping fees,
    • Any import charges incurred, and
    • The cost of returning the item to our warehouse.
  • These costs will be deducted from the refund once the returned package is received at our facility.
